Not only can we repair software issues, but we can usually explain in plain English what happened to cause the problem and advise ways to keep problems from reoccurring.

Anti-Static (ESD)

All repairs are performed in a static free setting. Humans are excellent generators of static electricity. The simple act of walking around or even sitting on certain types of stools can generate several thousands volts on the human body. If not properly controlled, this static charge can easily discharge into static sensitive devices such as CPU’s and RAM, potentially destroying these and possibly other parts. Electro Static Discharge – ESD (a.k.a. Anti-Static) mats are used to drain static electricity from my body therefore protecting your equipment.

Laptop Screen Replacement

Is your screen losing its color? Is it shattered, broke, or cracked? It’s usually cheaper to replace than screen than you may think.

Laptop Power Port DC Jack Repair

Should any port on your computer be loose, stop using it immediately!! Even USB and Audio ports put out voltage. There is a great chance that it could arc and short out the mother board, or even worse, destroy your hard drive! If the port you plug your power supply into is loose, stop using it immediately!! Unplug the power supply (power brick) from the wall first!! Then give us a call and we will come pick it up and bring it back to my ESD bench and replace the power jack.
